Chapter members can submit an application for a research grant up until April 1 in the Spring and then until November 1 in the Fall. Award amounts vary based on the number of applications received, amounts requested, and funds available. The amount of the grant may vary up to $1500. The application form is available here and in our library. Applications may be submitted to eb36@calvin.edu.

Kappa Epsilon at-Large chapter of Sigma invites you to submit abstracts and/or attend the 2023 Spring Research Event: Be Bold! Innovations in Nursing Practice and Education

The event will take place on Wednesday, March 15, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm EST via Zoom.

CEUs for Registered Nurses will be available.

Students are encouraged to attend!

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS: Send abstracts to Dr. Julie Herrema, Assistant Professor, Ferris State University at julieherrema@ferris.edu by February 24, 2022

Presenter Information:

The top three abstract entries will be presented digitally via a live Zoom Platform. Posters must be created using a PowerPoint slide or equivalent. Presenters will have 7 minutes to present their poster, followed by 3 minutes of questions.

Additional abstracts may be accepted as a pre-recorded presentation and featured on the Kappa Epsilon ‘The Circle’ webpage. Presenters will be notified by March 3, 2023.
